A Super Hero's Approach to Inbound Shipping

Last week PartnerShip kicked off a fun new advertising and promotional campaign for one of our important industry segments. The campaign is about helping regular folks become "Shipping Heroes" for their small business (with an emphasis on inbound shipping opportunities). It got me thinking about the most famous super hero of all - Superman - and how he might tackle the heroic challenge of saving money on inbound shipping. Obviously, he'd use his natural super powers and keen intellect!

1. As fast as a speeding bullet, he'd gather up recent purchase orders from his primary vendors and, using his x-ray vision, he'd see that vendors often charge as much as 2-10 percent of the merchandise value in "shipping and handling" costs. 2.
