PartnerShip has made it easier for customers to get online rate quotes for shipments requiring guaranteed delivery. Now when a registered user of PartnerShip.com performs a Rate Quote inquiry, additional guaranteed service options will be displayed on the results screen.

If you see a carrier, service and price combination that meets your needs, simply click the SHIP button as you have in the past and - if you selected a guaranteed delivery service option - we'll automatically populate the correct verbiage on your bill of lading. This will ensure that when the carrier's driver picks up your shipment, they will immediately see that it requires priority handling.

For now, customers will notice guaranteed delivery by 5:00 pm and guaranteed delivery by noon options on PartnerShip.com for our largest, national carriers in the "Service" column on the page (additional options may be added in the future). All guaranteed services will be backed with a no-hassle, automatic zero-invoice guarantee. That means PartnerShip will proactively track your shipment, and if it doesn't deliver on-time, we'll automatically cancel your freight charges on the shipment - there is no need to call us or file a claim.

Of course, if you need service that is faster than our carriers' standard or guaranteed options, you can always request expedited service options by clicking the EXPEDITED SERVICE button at the bottom of every rate quote. Tell us what you need and we'll go to work finding the best solution.
