How do I know if the FedEx Advantage discounts are better than my current pricing?
After you submit your enrollment, we’ll analyze the pricing on your FedEx account. If your current discounts are better, we’ll let you know, and you’ll stay on that pricing. There is no risk to enrolling!
Do I need to have a FedEx account?
A FedEx account is required to access the FedEx Advantage discounts. If you don’t currently have one, you can easily open one online. If you already have a FedEx account, use that account number when you enroll and your discounts will be tied to it.
How do the discounts get applied to my shipments?
Your discounts will be linked directly to your FedEx account. Once that’s complete, there’s nothing else you need to do. Every time you use your account number, the savings are automatic.
Can the discounts apply to shipments coming in via FedEx?
Yes! Instruct your supplier to send your shipments FedEx Collect or FedEx Bill Recipient. As long as your FedEx account number is used, the discounts will be applied.
You will be billed directly by FedEx, and your FedEx Advantage discount will be reflected on your invoice.
How do I schedule a FedEx pickup?
You can easily schedule a one-time pickup in FedEx Ship Manager. If you send shipments on a regular schedule you can set up a recurring pickup. Shipping regularly, but not every day?
