Shipping News Stranded Freight In CF's System

If there is freight that is in CF's system, customers may have to wait awhile. CF has submitted a freight dispersment plan to the bankruptcy court for them to make arrangements about moving freight out of their system and to customers. Unfortunately, freight will not start moving again until the bankruptcy court approves a plan that CF has submitted to them for dispersment of freight. Once the bankruptcy court ratifies the plan, CF will be able to have other carriers come into their system to get shipments moving again, or customers will be able to make arrangements to have their shipment picked up by another carrier. If a customer wants to get a shipment out of CF's system, they will need to wait until the plan is ratified. The plan could ratified within the next few days, but there are no guarantees as to when freight will start moving again. |
