Here’s what we’re looking for:

A Carrier Sales Representative at PartnerShip has a very important job. You are the point person to select and negotiate rates with our truckload carriers. That means you have a direct impact on our bottom line, and we think that’s pretty darn important!

You are detail-orientated. A simple error could mean a loss of hundreds of dollars, and you would never let that happen, would you? If you noticed our intentional error in this sentence, then you are detail-oriented.

You are persistent. You never give up. You never give in. You don’t mind failing 19 times because you know you’ll succeed on the 20th.

You are completely comfortable picking up the phone and cold-calling new carriers. To you, a stranger is just a friend you haven’t yet met.

You love building relationships with your contacts and customers. You have more LinkedIn contacts and Facebook friends than anyone else you know.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and you understand that the speed of business is now, not later.

You love a competitive environment but also love helping others on your team improve. You hate losing more than you love winning.
